At Orleans Home Fragrances, we want you to be completely satisfied with your signature scent experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the unused fragrance products in their original boxes with protective padding to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
